Here you will find courses for adults, structured by levels, as well as interactive workshops on various topics, designed to help you communicate better in English.
You can choose individual access to the courses or you can participate in the free workshops, organized periodically.

2. Live Workshops

The workshops take place online, on Zoom, on dates communicated in advance.
Participation is free and is intended to give you a clear picture of the teaching style, the working atmosphere, and the content of the courses offered through Fluent Speak.
The access link will be sent by email at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop. If there are any changes to the program or cancellations, you will be informed as soon as possible.

3. Copyright

All materials created for Fluent Speak – texts, audio-video materials, images, logos, and recordings – are protected by copyright and belong to Silvana Ionica.
Some images or graphic elements can be taken from freely licensed sources and are used in accordance with the terms of those licenses.
These materials are intended for personal use only. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without the written consent of Silvana Ionica.

6. Withdrawal and Refund

If you wish to withdraw from a purchased course, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, by email sent to our contact address. The amount paid will be refunded in full within 14 days.
Important: If you have already attended one or more sessions of the course, a refund is no longer possible. By attending the course, it is considered that you have already started using the service and you waive your right of withdrawal.
Free workshops do not involve fees and are not subject to reimbursement.
